The Industry Drive trailhead is located along the intersection of Netherland Inn Road and Industry Drive. With plenty of parking, this site has some of the most interesting scenery and assets along the Trail.

There is a shelter with picnic tables overlooking the Tilthammer shoals from Kingsport's early history and the Holston River passes along with Bays Mountain looming in the background.

Another useful feature of this trailhead is the fitness equipment for exercise and a bike repair station.
